1. Keighley Rental
All vehicle rentals booked through Keighley are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided with your booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. The agreement sets out specific terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your responsibilities for the relevant rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.
2. Keighley Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Keighley, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old for rentals booked with Keighley (age restrictions may vary by vehicle type, with additional charges possible for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification, proof of address and the payment card in the hirer’s name at collection.
3. Keighley Reservations and Billing
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Keighley location. A booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. 4. Keighley Collection and Return
- When collecting a vehicle from Keighley you must inspect it thoroughly and report any pre-existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and the collection representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as at collection, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage identified on return will be assessed and charged in accordance with Keighley damage policy.
5. Insurance and Liability for Keighley
- Basic third-party insurance is included with all Keighley rentals. Full coverage details and excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. Optional insurance products may be available to reduce your potential liability. We recommend you review these options carefully. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the excess specified in the Rental Agreement.
6. Cancellation and Changes — Keighley

7. Keighley Prohibitions
You must not use a Keighley vehicle for:
- Any illegal purpose or activity involving a Keighley vehicle. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other hazardous activities. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials. Sub-letting to third parties or allowing unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Purposes for which the vehicle is not designed...
Breach of these restrictions may lead to immediate termination of a Keighley rental and the application of additional charges.
8. Keighley Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Keighley will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Keighley for the relevant service.
9. Keighley Law
These Terms for Keighley are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
10. Changes to Keighley Terms
Keighley may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting on the Keighley website. Continuing to use Keighley services after posting indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
